Classic neighborhood bakery the likes of which you can no longer find.
Truly delicious Ligurian focaccia, excellent bread, and a well-stocked dessert section.
Especially on Saturday mornings there is a long queue, but the service is fast and courteous, a compliment to the girls who serve at the counter.
Prices perhaps a little high, but in line with the quality of the products.
500g of bread loaf (€7.00 per kg as seen on the price tag), 200g of focaccia and 350g of slippers for €12.47?!? I wanted to weigh everything at home with lots of photos. Obviously only the total appears on the receipt and there is no trace of prices or weighings.
Obviously they won't see me again, in any case I would be happy to have a response to the photos since they are unavailable on the phone.
This is the cherry tomato focaccia of my childhood!!😍
I've been taking it all my life. Personally the best bakery in the area
Delicious Ligurian focaccia! Good bread too.
Too bad about the non-accessibility - steps at the entrance - with the stroller (and therefore with a possible wheelchair) which leads me to have to go and buy elsewhere. In 2023, we must all work harder and pay more attention to this aspect.
Nothing to say about the products, I leave the 3 stars only for this reason because they are still good
By chance we stopped for breakfast, delicious croissants, wide choice of sweet and savory, clean and tidy place, excellent staff,
For me the best bakery in Parma....what more can I say......go on like this
Excellent products, especially leavened dough and all baked products.
Best focaccia in all of Parma. It melts in your mouth and it's crazy!!!
I don't give the maximum stars because they don't give napkins in the bag with the focaccia and the napkin should be discounted given that the focaccia itself is greasy and when I asked for napkins for the little girl they told me that they only had the tiny ones of those ice cream parlor classics, so to speak, they scratch and don't dry anything out. Not very organized and they could have been more courteous. For the quality however they are top!!!
